Valuing People

Workplaces where people can be themselves and fulfil their potential

  • "In light of national skills shortages our role as an employer and trainer has become even more important. With the future pipeline of talent always in mind, we undertake outreach to schools, inspiring and supporting youngsters in areas of low social mobility."

Hands-on experience for graduates

At Redrow, we’re proud to attract some of the most promising graduates in the industry, but we know that getting a construction related degree is just the start. All of our graduates are put through a two-year programme, designed to show how what they learned at university is applied in real life, to ensure the highest levels of quality and health and safety are achieved on site.
